It all starts “Right Here”

Have you ever wanted more out of life? A dream vacation, bigger house, nicer car, more money, or simply to be out of debt? Let’s face it, we all want something “more”, even if not for ourselves but to give to our community,  our church, or the less fortunate. The big question is how do we achieve it?

Now, there are many answers,  work more, get a better job, save more of what you are making, but easier said than done.  Experts will tell you to set bigger goals, create a vision, and forces in the universe will help manifest your desires.  Being a firm believer in the value of goals and vision,  as well as the Law of Attraction and having an Attitude of Gratitude,  that is only part of the equation (and topics for upcoming blog posts).

You journey to success starts “Right Here”, whether you like it or not! Consider your journey like a shopping mall map, with your goal being a store you want to reach.  It’s all great to know where the store (your goals or dreams) are, but without the “You are Here” sign, you probably will have difficulty finding your way.  You have to know where you are starting.

So, where is “Right Here”? That is the dilemma.   You have to take a hard, honest look at your situation and your skill set.  The good news is it doesn’t matter where you start, just that you can honestly determine your “Right Here” and grow from there.  This will help you  know what it is going to take, what you have to work on, and help you evaluate and congratulate yourself for the progress you make.  Making consistent positive progress is the name of the game, taking setbacks as they come,  get back on the path and keep moving forward.

Your best days are ahead of you.  The sooner you get going, the sooner you will get there…  but it all starts “Right Here “.
